Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

If any item is unavailable, preparation times may be modified. Available delays will be advised.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (possibly longer, depending on destination) from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

7. Incomplete or incorrect address

If the package is returned to the sender (Connelly.store ) due to an incomplete or wrong address, the customer is responsible for paying a second shipping fee. We will contact the customer if this occurs with an invoice for shipping costs.

8. Your package is wrong/damaged

We will take great care so that your order arrives in the best condition. If your order is damaged, we are sorry.
